Port Authority Tee Shirts
As a New Jersey resident & commuter every weekday starts and ends at Port Authority Bus Terminal. It has a bad rap but personally I love the area. Hell's Kitchen is one of my fave NYC neighborhoods. I used to live there some years ago. I'll admit that the Port Authority area can get a little seedy, a little gritty, but it's old New York, not the Disneyland of 42nd Street. The sights you see around it are great- old time barber shops, bars, delis & pizza places. But the area is slowing losing its edge. New construction and hotels abound. It makes me miss "the character" of New York. This tee shirt can bring some of that back.

Snorg Tees submit
Lately I've been surfing the web a lot on tee shirt sites. I found one called Snorg Tees. They do a wide range of genres ranging from pop culture, humor, gamer, TV, politics, etc. As a huge fan of "24", yes I watched it 'til the bitter end, I sent this one to their TV/Movies section. Haven't heard back yet. Will write an update if selected.

New Jersey- therethere.com
I'm posting this link to be considered for therethere.com. A very cool website (from Oakland, CA) that specializes in tee shirts from local artists around the country. A percentage of the proceeds goes to local charities. Check out the site (they have some videos of the founders & other artists) -it just reeks of giving back to your town.
As a native New Englander, who went to college in upstate New York, lived in New York City and now resides in New Jersey, I feel I know the landscape of the northeast. AND I especially love diners.
Everything about them. The look, the people, hanging out, drinking coffee & having pancakes. Weekends & diners in New Jersey are just made for me. No state has more diners that the Garden State so I think this would be a good representation of the area. Thanks for looking therethere, -Lance Lionetti

Threadless- times 3!!
I'm on a roll with Threadless.com- 3 for my last 3! So happy about that. I love the site. My only complaint is that when you load files onto it they are too small. Only 250K max for pictures. Not big enough. You lose a lot of the artwork and detail, and isn't that what you want to see? That's why I post stuff here- at least you can see it better. Have plenty of more ideas, tee shirts, stickers, etc in the works. They are already done in my sketchbook but I can't post them on the blog just yet- can't divulge any "company" secrets.

Threadless- times 2!!
Well, I finally got accepted to threadless.com. Twice in one month! I'm very happy to say the least.
I had been 0-3 until I broke through. The talent on that site is big time so I'm delighted my work made it.
The top piece is called "Pirated Love" on grey heather, the bottom piece is called "Liquid Courage" on fatigue green. Both done in my sketchbook, then scanned and worked on illustrator/photoshop. Have many more ideas for tee shirts- just need more time.

G.I. Bro
Yes, growing up I was a huge, HUGE, HUGE G.I Joe fan. Really huge. Anyway, I recently saw "Inglourious Basterds" by Quentin Tarantino and then went surfing on wikipedia. Started looking up the term "Spaghetti Western" and such. Didn't realize the whole history behind it. It sat in my head for a few days and this is what I came up with. Now let me be clear, I did not think up the term "G.I. Bro", but it was just too cool to let pass without coming up with something for it. I think it's a nice spoof/parody/homage kind of piece. I designed it be a sticker first, then thought to put it on a tee. I'll add more pictures of it later. What do you think? YOOOO BROOOO!!!

Happy Birthday Chuck Norris
My favorite hero of all time, Chuck Norris. His birthday is today, March 10th. He's 71 and can still roundhouse kick your butt. Anyway, every year I do something for his birthday. It's becoming something of an "in joke". The problem is- I'm the only one "in" on it. That being said, if you know me even a little, two of my most favorite things are Chuck Norris and New York tabloid headlines (from the NY Daily News & The NY Post) I live for their over the top, 3 inch, world-is-ending headlines about the most trivial subjects. I run to the newsstand with anticipation about what will capture their fancy.
The headline: "See ya later Al-Qaeda" has stuck in my head for years. It was a Daily News cover in Nov. 2001. Chuck Norris is always in my head. I put the two together and this is what I came up with.
Happy birthday Chuck.
