More Marvel Threadless for 2016

Oh man I can barely keep up!  Every month starting this March Threadless is partnering with Marvel and releasing 4 characters every month for tee shirt designs.  Here's the rest of my March submits- Black Panther, Black Widow & The Winter Soldier.  Like I said- this is going to keep me up nights for the rest of the year.   More to do, --Lance

Threadless Marvel tee shirt contest for 2016

Threadless is doing a Marvel Tee Shirt contest for all of 2016.  I started jumping up & down when I read the news.  And, as luck would have it, the first batch of characters up include my favorite- Daredevil.

So here's what I came up with: "The Devil of Hell's Kitchen".

Every month they are adding 4 different characters to do so this will definitely keep me busy for the remainder of the year, --Lance

Threadless- Political Contest

My submit for the Threadless "Political" Tee Shirt contest.  I started this piece as a parody/mash-up and then this contest came along and so . . . . .  Well I had to enter.  I'm a 1980s pop culture nut so I had to send this in.

Kicking off 2016

So much to say to start off the year.  I'm working on making a Dazzle store for all of my designs plus a a few dozen designs are already swimming around in my head.  Everything from sports themes, to comic books, movies, TV and my own sense of humor.  Much work to do.  I'm also thinking about doing an Adult Coloring book.  That could take a while- haha.  

The pieces here are from Cotton Bureau- "Boston Parquet" which sold, then i was contacted by a Boston guy who does limited edition sports apparel and asked me for this piece as well.  These are the pictures of the shirts being made & sold. The website is: http://rallysports.co  

The second is a remake from Cotton Bureau that I submitted to Threadless for their "Iconic Minimalist" tee shirt contest.  Called "Embrace the Future". It scored well so I'm glad I did it.

Final pieces of the year for Cotton Bureau & my Threadless store to be

My last pieces of 2015 for Cotton Bureau & Threadless.  The top 2 are called "High Maintenance" for Cotton Bureau.  Unfortunately they were rejected but as soon as I sent them I wanted to rework them a bit.  The perspective is bothering me on it. 

The bottom one is a piece, kind of in progress, for my Threadless store to be.  I have an idea to do a lot of college shirts and last week was rivalry week in college football so I came up with this for Michigan-Ohio State.  Much, much, much more work to do in the future!  --Lance
